Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China via our international shipping partners.


Which countries do you ship to and how long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times (business days):

Asia

- Indonesia: ~15 days

- Malaysia: 8–10 days

- Philippines: 5–6 days

- Hong Kong: ~15 days

Australia & Western Countries

- Australia: 7-10 days

- United States: 9–13 days

- United Kingdom: 8–10 days

- Germany: 10–12 days

- Canada: 12–17 days

- France: 6–10 days

- Italy: 6–10 days

- Turkey: 8–10 days (tax included)

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or peak periods.


Important information for customers in Indonesia 🇮🇩

If you are ordering from Indonesia, please note:

- Orders may be subject to import tax and customs duties

- These charges are NOT included at checkout

- Angry Joe does not collect import tax

- Customs fees must be paid by the customer

- Customs processing may cause delays

- Please ensure your full address and phone number are correct

If customs requires more information, the courier may contact you directly.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

To track your order:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email

2. Click the tracking link

3. Follow the courier updates

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at
sales@angryjoe.com.au


Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to start updating.

This can happen if:

- The courier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet

- The parcel is moving between facilities

- Customs clearance is in progress


Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to update it.

Please email us immediately with:

- Your order number

- Your correct address

Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible:

- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

- Tags must be attached

- Original packaging required

- Proof of purchase required

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.

You may return/exchange an item if it is:

- Faulty

- Damaged

- Not as described

- Wrong size

If approved, we will send you return instructions.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
