Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

International: Estimated delivery 5-15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays (e.g., postal service delays, customs inspections, natural events) may occur and are outside our control. Please note that our warehouse is located in China, and our delivery might be disrupted if it lands on their public holiday.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Angry Joe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@angryjoe.com.au with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
